The Ancestor (GGJ 2023)
Description
Death...famine...pestilence...Maurice. That's how the apocalypse happened, in that specific order. A group of survivors are trapped in a dangerous place called the "splouch ouch that was lava" Hills.
Among them was bob. He promised to take them to the safe zone (he was probably lying to be honest). Using his ancestor retrieval device, bob has the power to control his ancestor bob to help them in their perilous mission to find Maurice.

In the last level you need to talk to maurice (he is located in the past dimension) and finish the conversation, the game will end shortly after that

Everything is crisp and polished, super slick and enjoyable. Would love to play a longer game with these mechanics.
